According to EU regulations, the legal warranty period is three years for all VOGO SPAIN products. The customer also has the right to return the order within 14 days, for any reason, consulting our online returns service.

For returns, all products must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were received. Therefore, they must be returned new, unused, complete and in their original packaging. If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to the order; the amount of the product will be refunded except for the transportation costs incurred.

Through the VOGO SAT service, we will always offer a solution according to your problem. A series of checks will be performed to identify the apparent problem and one of our technicians will evaluate the issue to determine the necessary repair or recommendation for product replacement if necessary.

In normal idle state, the standby power is 2W per hour. The complete VOGO toilet consumes only 0.048 kilowatt hours per day (24 hours) when in standby mode.

The power consumption of the interior UV light is 1W per hour. As for the maximum operating consumption, when all functions are in the menu, the consumption is 0.25 kilowatt hours. At maximum working speed: 1120W (When the heating module heats the water to 40℃).

VOGO SPAIN toilets are state of the art, in case of power failure, our intelligent system enters in basic function and activates an internal battery already incorporated.

The flushing system of VOGO toilets works by means of a pressurized water jet, which evacuates the contents of the bowl in seconds. Flushing can be activated:

Automatically: when the sensor integrated in the seat detects a seated person, it performs a first emission of water for 2 seconds performing a sweep inside. Subsequently, when the person gets up from the seat, the emptying function will be activated automatically.

Manually: By pressing the flushing button on the remote control, on the App or on the side panel of the toilet.

In short, the flushing system of Vogo toilets and many other toilets is based on the principle of gravity flushing, which uses the weight of the water stored in the tank to create the force needed to remove debris from the bowl and clean it for the next use.

VOGO SPAIN toilets require very simple maintenance as it is a toilet that manages its own cleaning:

Internal cleaning: Under normal conditions of use, no cleaning of its interior is required, since it performs automatic emptying, as well as cleaning of the personal hygiene nozzles before and after use.

External cleaning: It is only necessary to use a damp cloth without any added product. It is not recommended to use highly toxic products or corrosive acids. It is recommended to clean the particle filter once every three months.

TANKLESS MODELS SL - S - R SERIES

Waste water outlet: The drainage can be floor or wall outlet.

- Floor connection: Between 150 to 400mm from the wall (the standard size is 210mm).

- Wall connection: Between 160 to 180mm from the floor.

MODELS WITH TANK SERIES A - E - W

These models do not need a minimum flow pressure as they have an integrated tank, so these series of toilets are ideal for installation in high floors where the pressure is minimal or in locations where the flow for reasons of altitude, sewerage etc..  is not of high pressure
