For the returns and application of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in the same state and packaged that were received. Therefore, they must be returned new, without being used or put into operation, complete and in their original packaging. For cases where the product has been used, the right to withdrawal shall not apply.
If the reason for the return of the product is not because it was damaged, it was defective or incorrect, the amount of shipping costs or any other service related to your order will not be refunded; we will refund the amount of the product.
In case of typographical error, where the specifications of the chosen product do not adapt to your description due to a typographic error, the refund will be made at no cost to the customer.
The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise the return of a VOGO product for not meeting their expectations. At all times, the payment of the corresponding amount will be made within the shortest time possible after the receipt of the product in our central warehouse in Jerez de la Frontera, and once the state of the goods has been verified in the necessary cases.
How to make a refund?
You can choose from your Customer Area, looking for the item purchased and selecting “Return the product”. This option will be available under the conditions of our return and refund policy.
